Waste from construction and repair work was found by inspectors of the Prikamsky territorial administration of the Ministry on the territory of the Nizhnesuyksinsky rural settlement of the Tukayevsky district. The total area of the cluttered plot was 113 sq.m., volume - 87 cubic meters.m. These facts are a violation of Article 51 of the Federal Law "On Environmental Protection" dated 10.01.2002 No. 7-FL.

In relation to an individual entrepreneur, a protocol has been drawn up under Part 3 of art.8.2 of Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. Also, a decree was issued on the imposition of an administrative penalty in the amount of 70 thousand rubles and a representation on the elimination of the offense.
