Since the beginning of the year, environmentalists have reviewed 5300 citizens' appeals
5303 appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.
863 of them – through "School eco-patrol" mobile application.
Environmentalists also considered 1493 messages received through the People's Control system, and 1382 notifications – by e-mail, the Ministry's hotline phone and WhatsApp and Telegram communication channels. At personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry, 1565 appeals were received.
