Environmental violations were detected by inspectors on the territory of the production base in Almetyevsk
The Ministry received an appeal from citizens via the Telegram messenger about the storage of pipes on the territory of the production base in Almetyevsk. Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration with the help of a quadcopter identified waste storage sites on this site. Then, during a joint inspection of the territory with the owner of the land plot, the fact of illegal storage of spent fluorescent mercury lamps in cardboard boxes in the amount of 200 pieces, as well as the battle of building bricks on the ground, was discovered. The area of littering with artificial stone was 142 sq. m. In relation to the owner of the land plot – a legal entity, a protocol was drawn up under Part 1, Part 9, Part 10 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, a resolution was also issued on the imposition of a fine of 300 thousand rubles and a submission was issued for the elimination of the violation for a period of 1 month. In addition, the storage of used car tires, empty barrels that belong to the lessee of organizations that provide services for the installation, repair and dismantling of drilling rigs was revealed on the territory. In relation to an official of this organization, a protocol has been drawn up under Part 1, Part 10 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
