The program "Family mortgage" allows citizens to get a loan for the purchase of housing
The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, in order to improve the housing conditions of Russian citizens with children, is implementing the program of preferential mortgage lending "Family Mortgage" within the framework of the federal project "Financial support for families at the birth of children" as part of the national project "Demography".
The program provides:
- the possibility of obtaining preferential housing mortgage loans under the Program until December 31, 2023 by families in which the first or subsequent child was born after January 1, 2018;
- the possibility of obtaining within the framework of the Program loans issued from April 1, 2021 for the construction of an individual residential house on a land plot or the acquisition of a land plot located on the territory of the Russian Federation and the construction of an individual residential house on it, for the purchase from a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur of an individual residential house on a land plot located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
