Let us recall that the main task of the advisory body is to solve organizational and legal issues in the above area. As the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Aleksandr Shadrikov noted, putting order in subsoil use is a priority task of the Ministry. In particular, attention is paid to transferring land plots to the appropriate category and carrying out reclamation in accordance with the project documentation.

During the meeting, issues of further cooperation on implementation of joint projects in the field of production and consumption waste management, and the elimination of accumulated environmental damage on the territory of the republic were discussed. Also, it was noted here that enterprises need to organize effective interaction with the federal environmental operator before the new provisions of the legislation on handling OPVK come into force. This will allow building clear control over their circulation and ensuring their processing at facilities that meet the principles of best available technologies and environmental practices.

In order to improve the business climate and reduce administrative pressure from the regulatory and supervisory authorities, the “Verified Business” Internet portal launched the “Feedback Module” interactive service (hereinafter referred to as the questionnaire), which is a short questionnaire for receiving feedback from business on the results of the conducted checks.
