Since the beginning of the year, environmentalists have reviewed 5100 citizens' appeals
5100 appeals have been received by the Republican Public Environmental Reception since the beginning of the year.
862 of them – through "School eco-patrol" mobile application.
Environmentalists also considered 1438 messages received through the People's Control system, and 1320 notifications – by e-mail, the Ministry's hotline phone and WhatsApp and Telegram communication channels. At personal receptions of citizens and through the reception of the Ministry, 1480 appeals were received.
