European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) invites to participate in the 19-th scientific-practical conference on the oil and gas exploration and development “Geomodel 2017”. The event is traditionally held on 11-14 September in Gelendzhik. During the conference several specialized sessions will be held simultaneously to consider both theoretical and practical problems of oil and gasexploration, prospecting, and development. The average number of participants of the “Geomodel” conference is 200-300 leading practitioners and scholars, representing about 100 companies and universitiesfrom Russia and abroad. On January 2017, the online - registration to the XXIX International Congress on Mineral Processing IMPC 2018began. The results of the first months of the All-Russian project “Nature reserve lesson” have been summed up. In January, 158,000 school children were covered. By the number of the lessons conducted and outreach the Republic of Tatarstan became theleader – lessons were held for 9897 children. Chuvashia takes the second place – 9385 children. On the third place is St. Petersburg, where the lesson was attended by 7242 students. Next comes Moscow – 5064, Republic of Bashkortostan – 5052, Krasnoyarsk Krai– 3891, Voronezh region – 3820, and the Nizhny Novgorod region – 3707 children.
