During the summer holidays the Tatarstan schoolchildren will be able to familiarize themselves with the water resources of their native land. In the republic was launched the educational project “H2O”, organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the museum-reserve “Kazan Kremlin”.

3 tons of fish were released into the reservoirs of Almetyevsk. According to ecologists, carp, silver carp, and grass carp are true cleaners for ponds, because they eat algae and keep the water clean. Initially, the water quality for compliance with sanitary and environmental standards was analized by specialists from the South-Eastern Territorial Administration. Exceeding the maximum permissible concentrations was not recorded.

Day of Young Environmentalist was held in the school camp “Olympiets” at the Aznakaevo gymnasium. The event for the students was organized by specialists of the Priiksky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. They acquainted the children with the activities of professional environmentalists –- inspectors in the field of environmental protection, told about nature protection measures and actions, showed control instruments.

The inspectors of the Prikamsky territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out inspection along the Melekeska river bank by bicycle. On the first day, the environmentalists surveyed the coastline from Kazansky Prospekt to the end of the G.Tukaya Embankment. They drafted a number of administrative reports on art. 8.2. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation invites journalists to participate in the contest “In harmony with nature".
The contest is held on 7 thematic categories:
1. “Charming Beauty” – rare and unique natural phenomena.

The third ecological festival “Awakening” was held in Aksubaevo. It has become a traditional annual family holiday in the region that attracts a large number of visitors, adults and children. The event was attended by specialists from the Volga-Kama territorial administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan launched the national contest “Ecology of native land”.
The contest is aimed at attracting the attention of the public and the young generation of RT to solving environmental issues of their native land. To participate, it is necessary to prepare and implement the project in the territory of the republic before September 10 of this year in one of the directions:

Before the Confederations Cup in Kazan, the modernized automatic air pollution control station, located in the Kirov district of the city (Osinovo settlement), was installed. The possibilities of chromatographic analyzes have been expanded for the following parameters: benzene, ethylbenzene, isopropyl, phenol, and styrene. “Now 16 automatic stations for atmospheric air pollution control are installed in the republic,” Farid Abdulganiev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, said.

The draft federal law “On Amending the Federal Law “On Hunting and Preservation of Hunting Resources and on Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation”, containing such requirements, is posted on the portal of the legal information www.regulation.gov.ru.
