The nature-protection campaign "Clean shore" was held today in Kazan on the territory of "Nizhnee Zarechye" beach. The damage inflicted on the environment in Petretsy district of Tatarstan amounts to millions of rubles, as it was estimated by ecological specialists. The punishment for grand theft is envisaged according to Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.  Preliminarily, the damage amounted to more than 8 million rubles.
