The All-Russian Session for Heads of Industrial Entities Concerning Dangerous Industrial Wastes Utilization

Today the All-Russian session for Heads of industrial entities concerning dangerous industrial wastes utilization takes place in Nizhny Novgorod. Artem Sidorov, the Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, also takes part in the work of the session.

The meeting is organized and carried out by the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources for the purpose of implementation of the Plan of measures devoted to the Year of environmental protection in 2013 in the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation as of 26.11.2012 under No. 2189-р, and the Rosprirodnadzor Plan on main measures implementation for carrying out the Year of environmental protection in 2013 in the Russian Federation, approved by the order of Rosprirodnadzor as of 21.01.2013 under No. 25, for the purposes as follows:

- reduction of wastes generation in the Russian Federation by means of their inclusion into an economic turnover as secondary resources;

- creation of the processing industry promoting secondary resources inclusion into an economic turnover and waste generation reduction in the country.

The session is planned to be a platform for a meeting and a dialogue between representatives of industrial entities, executive authorities of the Russian Federation, Russian and foreign companies specializing in industrial waste utilization and production of equipment for industrial waste processing and utilization.
