Due to the established high air temperature, we ask you to observe the rules of fire safety in the forests.
Let us remind that in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 02.08.2021 No. 671, the Republic of Tatarstan introduced a restriction on the stay of citizens in forests and the entry of vehicles into them from August 2 to 22 inclusive.
According to the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, violation of fire safety rules entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of up to 3 thousand rubles, on officials – up to 20 thousand rubles, legal entities – up to 200 thousand rubles. If the violation caused the occurrence of a forest fire and damage was caused to the forests, the act may entail criminal liability under Article 261 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
To date, 25 forest fire stations provide fire safety in the forests of Tatarstan. Space, aviation and ground monitoring of the fire-hazardous situation is being conducted, a set of measures for fire-fighting arrangement of forests is being carried out.
