On May 15, inspectors of the Central Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a press raid to horticultural societies of the Soviet district. Inspectors of the Ministry recorded a number of violations related to the violation of environmental legislation as well as improvements regulations. The fine for containers and concreted platforms absence amounting to 15 thousand rubles will be imposed on the Chairman of the “Vishenka” horticultural society. In case of a repeated violation the sum of the penalty will increase twice. As the Chairman of the “Vishenka” horticultural society explains, containers placement was planned till June 1, devoted to the opening of a summer season. However, summer residents have already opened the season since the beginning of May. Inspectors also revealed the fact of pirate dumping of the coastal band for the purpose of additional plots creating. The protocol related to the violation is drawn up and transferred to the Environmental Prosecutor's Office.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
