The fence that blocked the way to the pond in the village of Staraya Mikhaylovka was dismantled according to the instructions of environmentalists
In social networks, residents of the Almetyevsk district reported the illegal seizure of a pond in the village of Staraya Mikhaylovka. Inspectors of the South-Eastern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out a visit, during which the violation of environmental legislation was confirmed. On the coastal strip, directly at the water's edge, a fence made of profiled flooring was installed. There is also a pier, for which there was no permit documentation.
Protocols were drawn up against the guilty person under Article 8.12.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the conditions for ensuring free access of citizens to a public water body and its coastal strip" and Article 7.6 of The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Unauthorized occupation of a water body or use of it in violation of the established conditions".
