More than 120 bags of garbage were collected as a result of cleaning near the Melekeska river, Naberezhnye Chelny
Residents of Avtograd, activists and voluntary assistants cleared the coastal zone of the Melekeska River near the Kolokolny Bridge. The environmental campaign "Water of Russia" was held within the framework of the national project "Ecology".
Together, more than 120 bags of garbage were collected from the territory using separate waste collection in the amount of more than 4 cubes. The collected waste was taken out by "Gorzelenkhoz", OAO The participants also posted tables with slogans about water.
"We hold such events in order to increase the information content about the importance of rational water use and the formation of a thrifty attitude to water resources among the population," said a specialist of the Prikamsky TA of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
