We invite all residents of Kazan to take part in the environmental campaign
On August 1, an action will be held in the Sovetsky district of Kazan to clean up the coastal and underwater zone of Lake Komsomolskoye. The organizer is the Branch of the Russian Geographical Society in Tatarstan with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event is held within the framework of the "Preservation of unique water bodies" of the "Ecology" national project.
The cleaning of the beach will be attended by members of the RGS in the Republic of Tatarstan, volunteers, representatives of public organizations and residents of the city. Scuba divers of the underwater research group named after A. A. Leonov will clean the bottom of the water body.
The event starts at 10:00 am. Equipment will be issued on the spot. The gathering place is Komsomolskoye Lake (the landmark is a white tent, music).
