The culprit of an unauthorized dump in the village was found in Kama Estuary rural town
We recall that waste from the dismantling of buildings, scrap of building bricks and reinforced concrete products were identified by inspectors of the Zavolzhsky territorial administration of the Ministry in the rural town of Kama Estuary. The area of the contaminated site was 230 sq. m. the volume was 50 cubic meters.
During the administrative investigation, the owner of the waste was found, it turned out to be the company "August - Kamskoye Ustye" OOO. A protocol has been drawn up in relation to the official under Part 1 of Article 8.2. The Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Non-compliance with the requirements in the field of environmental protection during the collection, accumulation, transportation, processing, disposal or neutralization of production and consumption waste". Currently, the territory is brought into a sanitary and proper condition.
