Archa, OOO faces a fine of 80 thousand rubles for polluting the Shoshma river
Let us remind that in early June, the Northern Territorial Administration of the Ministry received an appeal from citizens about the deterioration of the ecological state of the Shoshma River. On the spot, the specialists of the SIAC of the territorial administration took samples of natural water from the settlement of the village of Karelino in the Baltasinsky district. The results of laboratory studies showed that the maximum permissible concentrations for nitrites and phosphates were exceeded.
Currently, a protocol has been drawn up against a legal entity under Part 1 of Article 8.14 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the rules of water use when taking water, without removing water and when dumping wastewater into water bodies". The representative of the organization was invited to the territorial administration to consider the case of an administrative offense in the second decade of July.
