An appeal from concerned residents about filling up the Berlya River bank in the Kaibitsky district was received on the hotline of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan. The inspectors of the Zavolzhsky Territorial Administration immediately carried out a visit to the specified address. During the survey of the territory, the violation of environmental legislation was confirmed. During the inspection of the site, it turned out that the road construction company threw the remains of the soil into a ravine on the coastal strip, thereby filling up the Berlya river, which is located near the village of Murali.

In relation to the official, ecologists have drawn up an administrative protocol under Article 8.13, Part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Violation of the water protection regime in the catchments of water bodies, which may cause pollution of these objects or other harmful phenomena", and an order will also be issued to eliminate the violation.
