The Republic of Tatarstan has successfully participated in the pilot operation of GIS OPVC
The pilot operation of the state information system for accounting and control of waste management of classes I-II was successfully carried out in the Republic of Tatarstan. The company PAO "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" participated in the testing as a waste generator, OOO "Selena – Ecology" and OOO "Promutilization" participated as operators for transportation and processing.
The waste collector has issued an application in the system for a certain amount of waste that requires transportation and further processing. The application was processed, approved, after which a contract was signed in the system between the waste collector and FGUP "FEO". The program selected a transportation operator and provided the waste collector with data on the date when the waste will be sent for further processing. After the arrival of the transportation operator, visual inspection of waste packages and pasting Qr codes, information about the transfer of waste appeared in the mobile application, and an Act on the transfer of waste between the waste collector and FGUP "FEO" was formed and signed in the GIS of the OPVC.
After the waste is received by the recycling operator, all data on the work done is entered in the GIS of the OPVC. It should be noted that FGUP " FEO " reserves the right to come to the operator and check the quality of the work performed.
The next stages of testing are conducting acceptance tests of the full functionality of the system and its certification for compliance with information security requirements.
We recall that the event on testing the GIS of the OPVC is being implemented within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement concluded by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Federal Environmental Operator".
Entering data into the GIS of the OPVC and concluding contracts in the field of waste management of classes I and II with the Federal Operator in the system will become mandatory from 2022.
GIS OPVC is an information system that is being created within the framework of the federal project "Infrastructure for Waste Management of Hazard classes I-II" for the environmentally safe management of the entire waste chain from their formation to recycling into secondary products.
