2 tons of recyclable materials were handed over by students to the recycling kiosks of Kazan
Let us recall that recycling kiosks for the separate collection of plastic bottles and aluminum cans are installed in 20 schools in Kazan. According to the results of the academic year, students of Kazan schools handed over more than 2.000 kg of recyclable materials.
Students of 167 schools distinguished themselves by their activity, where they collected 368 kg of PET bottles and 25.5 kg of aluminum cans. At school No. 181, 241 kg of PET and 19 kg of aluminum cans were collected. 224.5 kg of PET and 37.5 kg of aluminum cans were collected in the recycling kiosks installed at school No. 72.
The recycled materials taken out of educational institutions by the regional operator "UK PZhKH" are sent for processing. The collected plastic will be used for the production of T - shirts, skate boards, bicycles, as well as benches
