The results of law enforcement practice for the 1st half of 2021 were discussed in the territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan
In all territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, public events were held for nature users in full-time and correspondence modes. The meetings were held in order to prevent violations of mandatory requirements in the field of environmental protection. The issues of implementation of regional state environmental supervision, the results of law enforcement practice for the 1st half of 2021 and new legislation were considered. Explanations are also given on the same type of appeals of citizens received by the Ministry. In addition, during the events, the pre-trial procedure for appealing decisions in cases of administrative offenses were discussed, including the implementation of the Digital service "Complaint against the decision of control bodies" on the portal "PUBLIC Services".
