The fact of illegal digging of commonly occurring mineral resources was revealed by environmentalists in the Buinsky district

As part of the environmental monitoring, specialists of the Zavolzhsky TA of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of unlicensed sand mining near the locality of Stepanovka in the Buinsky district. Environmentalists detected loaders on the spot, that used special equipment. The total area of the seized COMR was 48 sq. m., the volume – 1.3 cubic meters. In respect of the guilty person, a protocol under Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation "Use of subsurface resources without a license for the use of subsurface resources" was drawn up, he faces a fine of 50 thousand rubles, and the damage caused to the environment will also be calculated.
