Prevention of reproduction of blue-green algae was discussed at the scientific and technical council
The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan held a scientific and technical council with the participation of "Algotek" OOO under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilnur Gubaidullin. The company's representatives spoke about the use of nature-like bioremediation technology for reservoirs based on the planktonic strain of chlorella GKO. The participants of the scientific and technical council noted the expediency of testing the innovative technology on the water bodies of the republic in order to prevent the mass reproduction of blue-green algae. Based on the results of the discussion, recommendations and proposals were developed to ensure the implementation of the proposed method on an experimental water body. The results of the research will be announced at the next meeting of the Scientific Council.
