In the village of Koshchakovo, Pestrechinsky district, the construction of treatment facilities under the national project "Ecology" is being completed
New treatment facilities will be put into operation in the village of Koshchakovo, Pestrechinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The work is being carried out under the federal project "Improvement of the Volga" and is already nearing completion. To date, the implementation rate is 93%. Construction and installation works were carried out at the facility, buildings and buildings were erected. Construction of the BTP began last year under the "Ecology" national project, the total amount of funding is 119.7 million rubles.
"The need to build new communications in the village of Koshchakovo is long overdue. The existing BTP could no longer cope with the discharge standards, as they were morally and technically outdated. The new treatment facilities are absolutely modern, they are underground and comply with the current SNIP and standards", said the head of the district, Ilham Kashapov.
The new sewage treatment plants are connected to the existing sewage system. The project provides for the replacement of the sewer line inside the settlement. A school, a cultural center and other social and cultural objects will be connected to it.
It should be noted that in the Pestrechinsky district this is the second treatment plant built under the "Ecology" national project. The first facility in the village of Pestretsy is currently undergoing commissioning.
"This year, 1 billion 400 million rubles have been allocated to Tatarstan for the continuation of the river water treatment – construction and reconstruction of the BTP – of which 81 % are federal funds. Our main task is to triple the polluting runoff to the water area by 2024, thereby improving the ecological state of the Volga, " said Alexander Shadrikov, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Let us recall that within the framework of the federal project "Improvement of the Volga" in Tatarstan, 11 treatment facilities have already been built and reconstructed in 10 municipalities: Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Yelabuga, Zainsk, Tetyushi, Krasny Bor village of the Agryzsky municipal district, the village. Alekseyevskoe, urban-type settlement. Vasilevo and urban-type settlement. Nizhnie Vyazovye of Zelenodolsk municipal district, Yurtovo village of Menzelinsky municipal district, Pestretsy village.
To date, reconstruction works are also being carried out at a large facility – biological treatment plants in Kazan.
