Cans, boxes, and other containers with spent chemicals. Such a message about an unauthorized dump was posted by a user on social networks. Immediately responding, the inspectors of the Prikamsky Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan went to the place. During the survey of the site near the Yelabuga bypass road in the forest plantation, the fact of dumping of production and consumption waste, namely waste of polymers, paint coatings, nitric acid and spent emulsion, was revealed. The area of clutter amounted to 98 sq. m., the volume – 5.6 cubic meters. To establish all the circumstances of the case, ecologists selected soil samples. An administrative investigation was initiated against unidentified persons under Part 3 of Article 8.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
