In connection with the entry into force on July 1, 2021 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 "248-FZ "On State Control in the Russian Federation", the procedure for pre-trial appeal of decisions of federal bodies of state control (supervision) for the most common types of state control (supervision) will become available. This means that before applying to the court, it is necessary to pass the appeal procedure in the control body.
