Waste deposit at the Temple of all Religions

Today, in the framework of a two-month sanitary and ecological campaign, the inspectors of the Central territorial department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a press raid in Kirovsk district of Kazan. Unauthorized placement of construction waste in the form of reinforced concrete structures was revealed at the Temple of All Religions in Arakchino village. The waste deposit was formed along the coastal lineof the Kuybyshev Reservoir. According to preliminary version, these are the remainders of the oldrailway platform. All the materials will be transferred to the Administrationof the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resource Usage for the Republic of Tatarstan in order to take necessary measures.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
