In Kazan, at the House of Teachers the results were summarized, and the winnersof the13th Kazan City Open Environmental Forum of Pupils “Zilant” were awarded with prizes. Fellow workers of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstanand Kazan City Environmental and Biological Center took part in the event.
The Forum was held from January 26, 2013 under the slogan“Person’s Health and Ecology” in the following nominations:
· research and development,
· nature protection,
· artistic and applied field
· educational field
The winners were decided in the following nominations:

Moreover, the Head of the Department for Media Management and Ecological Upbringing of the Central Territorial Department under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Rifkat Khuziev was awarded with a “Letter of Gratitude” by the Headof the Board of Education under Kazan City Executive CommitteeIlsur Khadiullin for a long-term fruitfulcooperation in the field of environmental education and upbringing of children.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
