Days of Ecological Education in Priiksk Territorial Department

Within the framework of the Year of environmental culture and protection a sightseeing tour about specialized inspection of analytical monitoring was organized by Priiksk Territorial Department. The event was held for the pupils of secondary comprehensive schools of the Muslyumovo and Aznakayevo municipal areas.
In the course of the tour pupils got acquainted with the work of analytical laboratory on monitoring of the environment quality, they got familiarized with measuring instruments and a control station of the automated system of air monitoring. Pupils were told about secrets of laboratory methods, in particular, about a toxicological analysis by the method of biotesting, and about a physical and chemical analysis. Specialists told in detail about the activity of analytical laboratory, they demonstrated equipment and instruments intended for water, soil, and air research as well as demonstrated the process of water chemical analysis.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
