The Contest Keeps Going

The 7th republican television contest “Children Draw the Country” keeps going. One of the subjects of this year is devoted to the Year of environmental culture and protection. The State TV and Radio Broadcasting Company “Tatarstan”, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the regional office of the All-Russian political party “The United Russia” act as organizers of the contest. This time projects were presented by the pupils of Drozhzhanovskaya School of Arts. The contest started on March 25 and takes place in three stages. Winners will be declared on May 27, 2013.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was dedicated to the start of the sanitary and ecological two-month period and environmental work plans for 2026 within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being".

Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
