Lake Improvement

Today the meeting regarding issues of cleaning and improvement of the lake situated at the First Aid Team of “City Hospital No. 7 of the city of Kazan” Municipal Health Care Institution took place in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Executive Committee of the city of Kazan, the Public Environmental Council of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the “Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt” project organization drew round the table. The latter ones presented a project on the improvement of the territories near “City Hospital No. 7 of the city of Kazan”, including Lake Maloye Chaykovoye. In the course of the meeting recommendations regarding strengthening of the lake banks by means of geonets and the highest water vegetation planting were upon hearing.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was dedicated to the start of the sanitary and ecological two-month period and environmental work plans for 2026 within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being".

Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
