A meeting with the representatives of the GE company was held on April, 9 in the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
“The Republic of Tatarstan is a dynamically developing region of Russia, and GE is ready to provide the region with modern wastewater purification technologies. Integrated membrane systems allow to reduce the amount of discarded drainage on the account of secondary water use, as well as to transfer to practically zero-discharge water system by means of reutilization in water rotation systems,” said Director for GE business development in Volga Federal District, Denis Peregudov.
Implementation of wastewater purification technologies at OAO TANEKO can serve as an example of successful cooperation between GE and the leading companies of the Republic of Tatarstan.
First Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Kamalov acknowledged that implementation of the GE purification system is interesting both for large-sized companies of the oil-gas-chemical complex, and for small enterprises of the housing and utility field of the Republic of Tatarstan.
