“Dirty snow is being taken out to the nature protection zone near Lake Lebyazhye”. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan got the above message today. As inspectors of the Central Territorial Department found out, snow transportation was carried out illegally.
The “Lebyazhye” forest park of local value is an especially protected natural territory. Now as it is reported by eye-witnesses, authorities are trying to identify the violator. According to them, there were at once several trucks loaded with dirty snow. But just one of them managed to unload it. Others left on seeing people’s bewilderment. Violators of the environmental law will be fined.
In the next few days the forest park territory will be cleared up.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
