Republican Scientific conference “Man and Nature” was held in the framework of the Year of Environment-oriented Culture and Nature Protection in the Republic of Tatarstan in Arsk district at the Secondary school No. 2. The organizers included the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Northern Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive Committee of Arsk district, Information and Methodical Center, and Department of Education for Arsk Municipal District.
Pupils of 8th through 11th forms of secondary schools of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the conference. They presented 80 scientific papers and creative projects on environment-oriented topics. The most important matters regarding interaction of man and nature were discussed. Participants of the event arranged an exhibition of houseplants, and environment-oriented mural newspapers were issued.
According to the organizers, the materials presented at the conference serve as evidence to the fact that the young generation cares for the problems of the environment.
After summarizing the results of the conference, participants were awarded with diplomas, credentials, letters of gratitude and souvenirs from the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
