Malaysian Delegation Visit to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan

The delegation of the XYBASECompany from Malaysia, in particular, Vice-President of the company Melvin Lokh, Managing Director of the company Lim Hva Ang and Deployment Expert Ehrman Vakhkhab paid an official visit to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Ravil Kuzyurov, the Deputy Minister on investment and innovative activity of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, held the meeting with the assistance of representatives of the structural divisions of the Ministry.
It’s important to note that the XYBASE Company delegation from Malaysia arrived in Tatarstan in order to create an electronic system of monitoring of investment projects maintenance. XYBASE is a Malaysian company which primary activity is rendering services in electronic systems integration and development of intellectual systems of a decision making. The company has already developed the system of electronic support of business processes “BLESS” based on a “one-contact” principle. The system has proved its efficiency in regard to both interaction of business with government bodies and ensuring of the favorable investment climate in Malaysia. Thanks to the “BLESS” system companies can apply for a license receipt via the web-portal without leaving office as well as trace an application status online.
Detailed acquaintance with full powers falling within the competence of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan as well as elaboration of combined actions in regard to the above-mentioned electronic system implementation in the territory of the republic was the main objective of the XYBASE experts’ visit.
Guests from Malaysia were told about the activity of the Ministry and work of its structural divisions, about recent solutions in the sphere of informational technologies implementation, about the GIS “Environmental Map of the Republic of Tatarstan” and the GIS “National Monitoring”, helping to fight efficiently against unauthorized dumps and other violations of the nature protection legislation in Tatarstan. In particular, guests were interested in the Ministry involvement in the investment process. Representatives of the XYBASE Company got acquainted with the order of the state services rendering on investment projects implementation in detail.

According to good tradition, the Ministry of Ecology hosted a New Year's tree for the children of the department's employees.
Inspectors of the Central Department, together with representatives of the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office and the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted a survey of the territory of the Zelenodolsk district.
The events were held in the Zainsky district. The commission included inspectors from the Zakamsky Department of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan received an appeal from residents about violations of environmental legislation in the Yelabuga district. Inspectors from the Kama Department went to the site and confirmed the fact of dumping production and consumption waste into the territory of the Bug River water protection zone.
