The cluttered area was discovered in the city of Elabuga by inspectors of the Prikamskiy Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. As the environmentalists found out, the discharge of production and consumption waste at the adjacent site was made by an individual entrepreneur. The total area of ​​unauthorized placement was 340 square meters, volume - 160 cubic meters.
