“Cleanliness Lesson” will be given throughout Tatarstan

On January 16, the republican environmental and educational campaign “Cleanliness Lesson” dated for the year of environmental culture and protection in the Republic of Tatarstan will take place in educational institutions of the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan will give lessons in 200 schools of the republic. The campaign will take place with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Pupils of the 2nd to11th forms will participate in “Cleanliness Lessons”.
Increase in environmental knowledge level of younger generation, nurturing school students’ careful attitude to the nature of the native land, ecological world outlook development, support and development of the system of continuous environmental education in the Republic of Tatarstan are the main tasks of “Cleanliness Lessons” that have been given in our republic for the fourth year.

A cooperation agreement was signed today between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Judo Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan. The document was signed by Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Azat Ziganshin and President of the Tatarstan Judo Federation Pavel Nikolaev.
The Nizhnekamsk City Court upheld the environmentalists' demands and ordered the chairman of the Petrokam-Avto garage cooperative to eliminate violations of environmental legislation and pay the amount of damage caused to nature.
Today, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a solemn event dedicated to honoring those for whom the defense of the Motherland has become a matter of honor. Veterans of military operations, active staff, as well as relatives and friends of the heroes gathered in the hall to share the joy of returning and honor the memory of those who forever remained at their combat post.
