Aleksandr Shadrikov about the landfill at Prosti settlement: “Trees will be planted there and the area will be landscaped. Measures will completely eliminate the source of pollution”

Today, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Aleksandr Shadrikov, held an offsite meeting in Nizhnekamsk. As part of the national project “Ecology”, work on restoration of an unauthorized landfill near the Prosti village was launched. The total project amount is about 739 million rubles. “This landfill will no longer be used, which is why trees will be planted here and the area will be landscaped. These measures will completely eliminate the source of pollution”, said Alekaandr Shadrikov, instructing to accelerate work on this facility.
