The ceremony of awarding of the winners of the All-Russian Youth Contest of the Social Ecological Advertising“Clear View” organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held on December 19, 2012 at 3 p.m. at theIT-park.
Citizens of the Russian Federation, young people at the age of 14-35 (single authors and teams of contributors) became participants of the contest.

The contest aimedat engagement of people in the problem-solving process regarding the environment, and empowerment of young people to express their attitude toward any environment-related problem.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
