Round Table “Rights to the Land Plots and Problems of Their Protection”

The meeting of the round table “Rights to the land plots and problems of their protection”, organized by the Law faculty of the Kazan (Cis-Volga) Federal university, took place at the above mentioned university.

A., Doctor of Juridical Science, professor of the Moscow State University named after Lomonosov, Vitaly Petrushkin, the judge of the Federal Arbitration Court of the Volga region, representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Land and Property Regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Directorate of the Russian State Register for the Republic of Tatarstan, Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “The Cadastral Federal Council” for the Republic of Tatarstan, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Kazan Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor's Office, the Tatar Environmental Prosecutor's Office, the Committee for Land and Property Relations of executive committee of Kazan, and teachers and students of the Law faculty of the Kazan (Cis-Volga) Federal university took part in the meeting.

- land use planning: problems and the ways of their improvement;

- protection of land rights in the light of the modern reform of the civil legislation;

- protection of the rights of tenants of the land plots in the public or municipal domain;
- exercise of rights to the land plots of various categories;
- procedural peculiarities of consideration of land disputes;
- review of the law enforcement practice of arbitration courts that resolve land disputes.
