Paid a million: violators polluting the soil in Almetyevsk failed to escape punishment

951.3 thousand rubles were collected from Kazan Production Association for damage to land in Almetyevsk. The damage was collected by the bailiffs from those who ignored the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The company's guilt was proven in the Almetyevsk City Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was possible to obtain compensation for the damage caused by involving the judicial and executive authorities.
