Bailiffs of Tatarstan charged 2.5 million rubles from the company for damage to the environment

Let us recall that employees of the South-Eastern Territorial Administration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan revealed the fact of destruction of the fertile soil layer in Almetyevsk. The company polluted the land with oil products on the area of ​​1,000 square meters. According to this fact, under the protocol on an administrative offense in accordance with Art. 8.6 of Part 2 of Administrative Code, the offender was found guilty by the decision of the Almetyevsk city court of the Republic of Tatarstan. Damage caused to land resources (soils) amounted to 2.5 million rubles.
