“Health of My School” in Trans-Kama Territorial Department

Last week, an excursion to the Trans-Kama Territorial Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan was held for the pupils of the Children’s Ecological and Biological Center in Nizhnekamsk in the framework of a scientific project “Health of My School”.
In the course of the excursion, the pupils were familiarized with the work of analytical laboratory on environmental quality control as well as with measuring devices and control office of the city automated air monitoring system.
Rafis Zaynullin, the Chief of Trans-Kama Territorial Department, met teachers of the Children's Ecological and Biological Center to discuss the further plan of work on joint campaigns carrying out.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
