Extended meeting of the Board on execution of the Complex Republican Anti-corruption program for 2012-2014

Extended meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan “On exercise by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan of the powers to control implementation of the Complex Republican Anti-Corruption Program for 2012-2014” was held in the form of a video-conference. First Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan – Chief State Inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for Environment Protection Rustem Kamalov and the Leading Specialist of the sector of operation, mobilization training, civil defense and emergency situations Rustem Chanyshev participated in the meeting on behalf of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Participants of the meeting were informed on the course of exercise by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan of the powers to control implementation of the Complex Republican Anti-Corruption Program for 2012-2014 (hereinafter referred to as the Republican program) following the results of 9 months of the year 2012. Moreover, the results of enforcement of the Federal Law No.329-FZ “On amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation due to improvement of the state administration in the field of anti-corruption enforcement” in the municipal entities of the Republic of Tatarstan were analyzed during the meeting. The matters regarding execution of anti-corruption expertise of departmental and municipal normative legislative acts and drafts of normative legislative acts were considered in detail along with other issues envisaged by the Republican program.

Following the results of the Board meeting, a decision was reached, and it included a list of measures aimed at enhancement of work regarding implementation of the Complex Republican Anti-Corruption Program for 2012-2014.
