Meeting of the Territorial Committee for Natural Reserves (TCNR)

Specialists of the Mineral and Water Resources Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the meeting of the Territorial Committee for Natural Reserves (TCNR) which took place in the Subsurface Management Department for the Republic of Tatarstan.
Expert Committee findings on the materials of the following reports were considered at the meeting:
1. Assessment of underground water commercial reserves of the operating water intake of “Kukmorsk Felt Manufacture”, JSC.
2. Assessment of underground water commercial reserves of the subsurface site maintained by the operating water intake of “Kazanzernoprodukt”, JSC, situated in Kulanga, Kaybitsky district.
3. Assessment of underground water commercial reserves of the subsurface site maintained by the water intake of “VAMIN Tatarstan” JSC branch - “Arsk Milk-Producing Plant”.
4. Prospect evaluation survey for medicinal mineral waters for the health and recreation resort “Balkysh” of the “Generation Company” JSC branch.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was dedicated to the start of the sanitary and ecological two-month period and environmental work plans for 2026 within the framework of the national project "Environmental well-being".

Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
