“Health of My School”

The republican specialized session for the participants of the interdepartmental scientific and practical project “Health of My School” (school environmental monitoring) took place in “Kostyor” (Fire) recreation camp with the participation of Andrey Kalayda, the Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Sergey Rybakov, the Director of the Republican Center of Out-of-School Work of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The project that started in February 2012, is organized by the Public Institution “Republican Center of Out-of-School Work” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Central Specialized Inspection of Analytical Monitoring, and its branches in the cities and towns of the Republic of Tatarstan. Pupils of educational institutions who are engaged in environmental monitoring on school sites participate in it. They have got acquainted with methods and elementary measuring devices by means of which environmental monitoring is performed. They have got into working with these devices, into processing of the data received, and loading them into “Health of My School” integrated data system.
74 schools of all the municipalities are involved into the project.
