Training on placement of state and municipal orders

Fellow workers of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the practical seminar-conference on the following issue: “Organization of work of controlling and calculating authorities of municipal and urban districts, as well as unified committees on the placement of state and municipal orders, organized and operating in the state bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and local government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan”, which was held in the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Relevance of conduct of the educational seminar is imposed by the necessity to explain to the experts of the state bodies (local government bodies) the requirements of the Federal Law as of 21.07.2005 No. 94-FZ “On placement of orders for delivery of goods, execution of work, rendering of services for state and municipal purposes”.

As part of the new national project "Environmental well-being" Tatarstan has planned the implementation of 8 environmental initiatives with total funding of 3 billion rubles. The main part of the funds will be used for work on the federal project "Water of Russia", Minister of Ecology Azat Ziganshin said at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, at the weekly staff meeting with the heads of structural and territorial divisions, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Azat Ziganshin, presented badges and official identification cards to the staff of the department.
As part of the monitoring of the territory of Naberezhnye Chelny, inspectors of the Kama Department revealed a violation of environmental legislation.
