Technical training on the issues of subsurface management

Experts of the territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan underwent technical training on the matters of subsurface management in Bavly.
First Deputy Minister for Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Kamalov and the Head of Bavly Municipal District Administration Albert Khabibullin addressed the public with a welcome speech.
Tatar Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor, Senior Counselor of Justice Ilsur Gilmutdinov, Head of the Oil/gas Production Department “Bavlyneft” Marat Zalyatov, Director General of NPF “Nedraproekt” LLC Kamil Shayhutdinov, Head of the Executive Committee of Bavly Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan Svetlana Samonina, Head of the Administration for Subsurface Management Relations Regulation under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Radik Gaynetdinov, as well as heads of territorial departments of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the event.
In the framework of technical training relevant matters on subsurface management were discussed with regard to the sites of local mineral resources, extraction of popular minerals by the owners of land plots, land-users, landowners and landholders. Moreover, a tutorial was organized involving on-site visit of the subsurface management facility of “Bavly Avtodor-Neryd” LLC (Yuzhno-Kyzyl-Yarskoe EGR deposit).
