Every child can become an eco-man. Ecology textbooks for the 1st and 5th grade eco-classes of the republic will appear from the new school year

Specialists of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tatarstan and the creative association “Tatarmultfilm” examined the presentation of environmental issues for children in a new way. The fruit of joint efforts - 2 educational publications for eco-classes: notebooks for 1st-graders “Green Path” and a manual for 5-graders “Green Tatarstan”. 102 specialized eco-classes of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented today to journalists in the Tatar-inform news agency.
“These training materials will appear already in this 2019-2020 academic year. In the future, it is planned to create a unified system of projects “Ecology at School”: the release of textbooks for pupils of grades 1-7, the creation of animated videos, computer games and an Internet portal that will become the center of public life in the field of ecology”, said the Head of the Information Systems Department and Environmental Education of the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan, Damir Valiullin.
