From August to October 2019, in order to popularize an energy-saving lifestyle among the population, with support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Russian Schoolchildren Movement, the State Corporation “Fund for Assistance to Housing and Utilities Reform” is hosting the All-Russian Festival of Energy Saving and Ecology #ВместеЯрче - 2019.
